Blank Canvas

So they demolished the old shopping centre, then they sorted all the wood, steel and concrete into piles.  After that was done they trucked it all away.  Last couple of weeks they have been drilling cores to see what the ground is like beneath the surface.  Today when I went for a look there was a guy wandering about with a big tape measure.  I wonder if this means the blank canvas will be put into use soon.
