Monday Blues

I thought today was going to be a good day when it started with watering flowers in the botanics in the sunshine. However the day (weather wise and mood wise) got progressively worse and by the evening I was crying on the phone to dad - poor him having m to deal with an emotional daughter on his birthday! Before the depression hit though I did manage to have a lovely time meeting up with Shannon who I hadn't seen in absolutely ages. She isn't in a very good place right now so we talked a bit about everything that's going on for her - it sounds so tough I wish I could do something to help her...
