The Vasa - a Piece of Maritime History

The Vasa ship capsized in 1628 after 20 minutes of its maiden voyage.

After 333 years on the sea bed, the warship was salvaged. It is the world's only preserved 17th century war ship and stands in the wonderful Vasa Museum in Stockholm.
