Khao Soi Khun Yai

Possibly the most famous dish in northern Thailand is the Burmese-influenced curry noodle soup called Khao Soi. It's easily recognisable due to the crispy fried noodles on top. I eat it a lot and it's my mission to find the best one in Chiang Mai. Khao Soi Khun Yai is a very popular option at a little shack right next to a temple.
