As a veggie for decades, I do find it a bit weird cooking meat, but as Dad still hasn't got his appetite back I cooked him some bacon to go with scrambled egg for his lunch. Today he actually seemed more like his old self, his voice sounded much stronger and he stayed awake for most of the morning, and read the paper and chatted. They forecast that the weather will change but today it is sunny and warm, so still wearing the shorts.
To work in the afternoon, not as busy as yesterday, but it went quite quickly. Out early so got the earlier train, and went to Morrisons for a few bits, and got quite a lot in the end. Home for a lazy evening.
