What's the time?

The sun came out fleetingly for me to see that this sun dial said 2.45, which fortunately agreed with my watch!
This time-piece is in the local park and it also doubles as a climbing frame! It is at the centre of a "footpath" maze. The path is only one brick wide and just right for little feet. My grandchildren used to race each other, with one starting in the middle and one on the outside. They ended up quite giddy because the whole thing is set out in a circle.
