Let the Madness Begin

And they're back.
Summer doesn't last long, but for those few short weeks with no students around, its heaven (You can get a seat in the pub and no Q at the shops). Then, one weekend in September, they all come flooding back again; Saturday and Sunday for 2 weeks running, there's a Queue of traffic all the way from the city centre, 1 Mum 1 Dad 1 Student, and a car full of stuff.
40,000 of them hit the city over this 2 week period, and half of them come and live around here; don't get me wrong it can be loads of fun, but for the next month it will be madness; no food in the shops (it happens every year you'd think that they'd order more in) all the burglar alarms going off; girls screaming their heads off at 4am, just because they can, and all the boys following them around hoping
