This is Jabba, he was surrendered by his owner to Golden Retriever Rescue this morning.  I went to the home and found this very energetic 8 yr. old who it appears didn't spend much time outside.  The owner has fallen on hard times and could no longer take care of the dog.   Jabba, was very scared but warmed up to us with some cookies and pets.  He will be brought up to date on his shots, neutered and then go home with a foster that will probably adopt him.
