What are these?

We started off very early after a very short sleep on the ferry from Europoort. It was easy to find our way out of Hull and it was not long before we were cycling through a flat countryside where it was quiet and where there were hardly any cars. In the far distance a power station and another and yet again another and...No kidding. At one point we saw four what we thought to be power stations.
Bert was bored by the landscape, but I liked it.
We follow the Trans Pennine Trail with a few adjustments and we were cycling along the Humber, the Derwent, and the Ouse. We've put up our tent on a field behind the Sloop Inn next to the river Air.
