My Dear Fellow,

It's been a quiet day today, and after a bad night's sleep a grumpy headache has settled on me.

So I'm feeling a bit low about the state of things today. But then I came home where a bit of random surfing found a programme about an ape rescue centre.

There's nothing like a bit of animal malarkey to cheer one up.
