Going down

The Burway:  a very steep single track road off the Long Mynd, Shropshire with 'Matilda' on the back too, and round one of the blind corners on the steepest bit we met a driver coming up the hill.  The driver, a man of many middle ages indicated that we should reverse UP the steep hill with 'Matilda' on the back:  Mr T indicated, with his good hand and with more than two fingers, that perhaps it was he who should do a short reverse into a passing place situated conveniently behind him ........  well, I think it must have been a very long time ago since the man had actually reversed a little way down a hill.  Suffice it to say It took some time!!!    I think we made his day, not. 

Mr T is well recovered from his op and thanks everyone for their good wishes and kind concern. He's got more movement in his fingers now and I'm glad he used more than just two of them this morning!!!
