Page and Scott

I took the N-train to the Sunset District, and instead of taking it all the way to the ocean, I got off near Golden Gate Park and strolled through it for a bit. I was delighted to find a baseball game in progress, and stopped to watch the last few innings. I discovered that it was a league devoted to the vintage rules of the game, not the modern version. The teams wore old-style uniforms, used vintage gear, and played by olden rules. It was quite enjoyable (and intriguing) to watch. Also... I was surprised to see that there was a woman on one of the teams.

On my way home, I strolled through the lesser tourist-populated streets of the Haight-Ashbury District.
