paparazzi shot of naked wasp

the weather was lovely in Ullapool and we had a nice time hanging out in the main part, although a walk to the lighthouse was abandoned as it was rather too windy to be pleasant. I took some lovely scenic shots from the loch front. When we got back to the motel, I sat and read with the room door open, and in came this wasp. I encouraged it out the window, where it sat and I just had to try and get a close up of its stomach. Not often I get the chance to see a wasp's stomach and with a pane of glass to keep it away from me. And I'm still learning how to use this new-ish camera. This is a cropped version, so not sure how it will look if you go large.
