Out with the old and In with the new.
A sad fate awaits this 104 year old building situated next to the Piazza overlooking beautiful Caroline Bay in Timaru, South Canterbury.
The Hydro Grand Hotel is heading towards demolition to make way for new Hotel and Executive Apartments.
Twenty eight years ago we had our Wedding Reception in this beautiful old building that holds many special memories for me. Today I decided to use this picture for my blip as a reminder of the good old days.
