Dinner for 57!

Everyone has to chip in and help at this festival by donating 3 hours of their time which works really well and builds a real sense of community. I always do way more than my 3 hours as I really enjoy it - this year I cooked the final crew meal. A Brazilian dish with Basa filets, pepper,onions, tomatoes, chilli, garlic and coconut milk - delicious! Everyone seemed to enjoy it as you can see!
