Did something to my back yesterday while changing a pair of curtains, in my brief domestic goddess spell, so I've struggled to do anything today :(

Thought I'd play about with some flowers and macro tube & prime lens, with very shallow dof. Not sure about the results - few in extras. Wasn't a good idea for my back either!
