Watching The Neighbours

Usually this view from our church is of the carpark belonging to the Mosque but today is filled with worshippers celebrating Eid or Eid al-Fitr, marking the end of Ramadan, a month of fasting that started on May 27 and finished on Saturday June 24.  Eid starts today and marks the start of Shawwal, a month of celebration.
Much in evidence are the many children and their bouncy castle, and the number of selfies being taken. Also, we observed a wide variety of dress, especially of the ladies and their headgear, as seen in the extra, of two leaving.
The entire scene made us smile and we wish them Eid Mubarak.
