Painful day...

...firstly, trying to get my sister to smile naturally for a camera (wow. such hard work) to be fair to her it was a bit of a surprise and I didn't have enough time to get her to relax because it was just a flying visit but the photo isn't too bad.

Secondly because I had to spend the day messing about with faceless jobs-worths with over inflated opinions of their worth but anyway I have a life and important things to do, so I decided to just leave them to do whatever it is they do.
