A Fabulous Day

Another fabulous day with lots of fun, chat and laughter with these two, Janet and Margaret. 
We started out at Rufford Hall and enjoyed a walk around the grounds then house. We even got a very interesting talk on the history of the house just wish I could remember some of it. We tried on some of the armour, it was really heavy and we re enacted a fight with lots of laughter.
As it turned out to be a lovely day we went onto Crosby beach, I'd heard that someone had painted some of the men so wanted to go and investigate. We only found one and it had almost all worn off but you could just make it out. Other men had been given shirts. We had a lovely long walk along the beach.
When we got to my house there were lots of cars outside next door a party! so I suggested going out for tea, delicious scampi and chips just finished off a fabulous day. I couldn't pick just one photo so it had to be a collage.
