Blue black and white

Back to Southsea today in the heat to look at South Parade Pier, which is now half open at last after its extensive refit.  This is the (empty) Deep Blue fish and chip shop.

I was going to say blue black and white is how I felt, but how can you be miserable on a hot day by the sea?
