Spirit of the parkrunner

I enjoyed a spot of parkrun tourism this morning at Southwick Country parkrun. It's a fairly flat, rural course made up of just short of three laps. I really enjoyed it, especially this statue that you pass twice on the way round and then again on your way out of the park.
