Parkrun

Parkrun for MrsT & I only this morning as L was on her sleepover.

I offered my services as a pacer to MrsT to try and get her a sub 30 minute PB.

Sadly not today but she did knock nearly two minutes off last weeks time so moving in the right direction.

I am confident we will have a sub 30 5km run soon :-)

L is away to a movie night at her gymnastics club.

I am supposed to be going hillwalking tomorrow at the Cairngorms and driving up to Killin tonight to stay at the in laws caravan but as I write I don't think I can be bothered!

I might give this one a miss. It's a bit Mork & Mindy out there with gales forecast from 65 mph.
