Peluches.

Buster's vast collection of cuddly toys has been through the washing machine. He was distraught to see them vanishing but managed to snatch a rubber chicken, which he guarded closely for the rest of the afternoon. The toybox was also washed, after I'd evicted a couple of large spiders which had set up home in there. Now he has all his beloved toys back again, though not pleased that they no longer smell of dog chews or other dubious substances. Sorry Buster, it had to be done - it was becoming a health hazard.
