Allan Ramsay Monument

It was an ideal day to make it up to the Allan Ramsay Monument, erected in 1859 by James Clerk in honour of that Scottish poet. The monument is part of the long term plan to restore the features of the landscape in the Penicuik Estate. I took many pictures and you can see some more on my blog today.
