A new boat for us!

Here is Steve with our 2015 Scout Sportfish 175 that arrived today! 
The big tree behind the boat is the  Royal Poinciana or Flamboyant tree that we planted in 2013, otherwise known as Delonix regia. There's a close-up of the orange flowers you can just see peeking out of it, for my blip yesterday. 
So beautiful. 

As is our new boat! We just love it. So comfortable. The boat dealer came with the boat to our home and we all went down to the boat ramp in his truck. Then Andrew & Steve got the boat off the trailer & into the water while I watched :o). Andrew made sure we had all our papers, registration, manuals, etc and then we waved goodbye & headed up river to our home. 

After lunch, we decided we had to go out again to do further testing, of course. Prior to that Steven adjusted our boat lift so this boat would fit perfectly. We are planning a slightly longer excursion tomorrow - I am psyched!! I can see I will be in this boat with Steve a lot more. That's nice.
