My bunch having lunch!

Tucking in to their crumb, 3 Mallard, 7 Gadwell, 2 Runners. Sad to say I lost a 3 wk old runner to Crows today, also found a half eaten Quail that escaped on Mon! I'm so fed up with the losses not sure what To do! These are sleeping on the water to scared to come on the bank , I feel so sorry for them:(
