Time to Relax

The end of a hot week. The last few days of cooler weather have brought much relief. Feels like a new era at work as we have a new team leader. Good to get some time working with her this week. The highlight of my working week however was sitting outside in the sunshine having a picnic lunch to wish farewell and good luck to a colleague who is about to go on maternity leave.  Each of us brought our lunch and then something to put in the middle of the picnic to share with everyone - we had a lovely selection of cheese, grapes, strawberries and home-made rock cakes...and some time to just sit and chat and catch up with one another.
