Golf

It was my Rotary club's annual fundraising golf tournament today.

I was there for 9 hours trying to make myself useful. Fortunately we had a good number of volunteers helping, so it wasn't tough.

The Blip is of the two volunteers who have to sit and watch the 18th hole (see extra) in case someone gets a hole in one. The prize is a car. We insure against someone winning. The insurers expect 2 witnesses to see the hole in one or - guess what - no payout.  

Well, no-one won today.

We did raise a good amount for charity - the entry list of 22 teams was our best ever.
