Fresh from our garden

I had lunch with some friends today at Star Anise cafe. Only afterwards did I realise I'd had fish and chips that was not not gluten free, but also vegetarian! What was it?

The rest of the day was about massage; emails; and sorting out suitcases for our holiday, which is still a few weeks away. We now have two cases with four-wheel drive, and only two of the wheels are a little bit wonky!

The lettuce here is from our garden. We have so much now that we're eating it every night. It's so soft and fresh that I can't imagine eating any.other lettuce now.
