Ripening redcurrants

Looking for a way to use them. So far a redcurrant and yogurt cake recipe is winning. That's for when we finish the raspberry and lemon cheesecake (well, we have to get through all the raspberries somehow!). It's a very fruity summer in the garden. Wonderful!
