Technically a Weed?

A weed is a plant considered undesirable in a particular situation, "a plant in the wrong place". So, then this plant with the tiny flower is a weed. It is growing under the Japanese Maple and peeking out through the Maple leaves.......but I rather liked this photo with the marbled background. I suppose I could label the background abstract for Abstract Thursday? 
Funny story: My new next door neighbor came over today and told me that she loves her backyard because she doesn't have to close her curtains.......no one can see in her backyard windows.......until yesterday when she came out of the shower and looked up to see me on the roof with a perfect view right into her bedroom.  :-)) Of course, I didn't see her! Thank goodness!
