Anxiety

Apparently I need to have more fun, do things for myself and learn to say no. Actual advice from the gp.

Something about taking more exercise but I didn't hear clearly.

This is only hilarious if you've met me, because this is my entire life style.

I think hormones have decided to mess with my mind. I've reached that age , as they say, it's all fans and talking about the "plumbing" from now in.

And by orders of the Doctor some lovely wine and prawns for dinner x
