Lazy day for all. Not much done apart from the usual. I'm off out with the girls tonight. A new Turkish restaurant. Should be nice. There is a night sea swim taking place tonight. I really should do it although I think it will depend on how much I eat and when I get back. Can't spend all my time training. I'll make up for it tomorrow with a pool swim.
