A baker's delight

Today I received some really useful additions to my baking accoutrements, to wit two bannetons, lava stones to create oven steam, an oven stone and a bread peel.  This will allow me to make bread outside of the Dutch oven I usually use.  I hope the results will be good.  Watch this space.  I hope 'Five on Brexit Island' might give me some survival tips in the event of 'no deal!'
