Ravenscar

At the turn of the 19th-20th century, plans were made to turn the village into a tourist resort to rival the popularity of nearby Scarborough. Roads were made, houses were built, sewers were laid and plots of land sold. However, Ravenscar's popularity never soared, so this view survived.
