Started the day with a (very) early sunrise flight from Brussels to Amsterdam en route for a busy day in Edinburgh.

Finished it (after a stimulating but at at times very worrying evening discussion with some of the many EU nationals living in Scotland who are more and more concerned about Brexit) back in my flat watching a spectacular series of thunderstorms pass over the city , accompanied by torrential rain.
