Let there be cake & tea & coke

Evening blippers.

So continuing the get back into running drive..... joined the club for the sunday run...gentle pottle from Standstead House in West Sussex ended up being a lumpy 14 miles....couple of years ago would run that without breaking sweat ...but just now that is the further I have run since coming back after injuring my foot.

Forgot to tape up the senstive bits on my chest so blood everywhere when I took my top off....oppps sorry that TMI!!!

At the end of the run we all descended on wonderful tea house ....we ate alot of cake...drunk gallons of tea and cold coke....lovely run and 1400 calories burnt ....ok plus a few back on at the tea house.

And now sunday ironing and some crap TV.
