June Photoaday Challenge 21 Summer

How lovely to have a summer birthday, especially a big one! That's my link, weak I know but I wanted to record today.

The whole team, including some retired members and two via FaceTime, celebrated Catherine's 70th birthday. She thought she was coming to work to deliver a talk to a group of ladies.

What an amazing team I have.....an afternoon tea, presented beautifully with all the correct China and cutlery, sandwiches, cake, scones with jam and cream, banners, bunting, balloons. It was quite emotional seeing Catherine so surprised, and clearly so appreciative.
