Mushrooming

We had a quick visit to Habitare fair. It was big dissapointment. So we decided to call it short, go home and head out to near forest for a walk with the dog.

Our daughter insisted taking a basket with us. The result was 1 litre of black chanterelle and 5 litres of funnel chanterelle in less than 2 hours. Some of the funnel chanterelle went into a sauce and our school girl made her first spätzle to go with the sauce.
