Horsey play

Mid to late June. Our small town gets dressed up in mostly red and white stripes at this time of year to celebrate the Beltane which dates back to Victorian days as do many of its traditions. The custom is to say 'hooray' whenever a horse passes by. There must be 200 horses so lots of opportunity to say hooray. Hooray!
