Recovery Day

Today has been mostly a restful day after Dolly's dental op yesterday. I think she's doing well, though the heat doesn't help and makes it seem as if she's more frail than she probably is. There was a lot of coughing in the night which is normal after having a tube stuck down her throat! She took her medication OK with some fish (it always works!), and she ate a small amount of food this morning. The rest of the day she was pretty floppy - but so was I! It must feel awful to be recovering when it's so hot! We decided the best place to be was on the sofa in front of the fan and the TV!
