Night night

I love tired (sleeping) children.  

We've been to see our friend Daisy and her boys today, lots of running around outside coupled with trying to keep out of the sun.  We had the paddling pool out - but it was too hot for the boys to be interested. 

I had a 'your old now' check up at the doctors this morning - we spent more time talking about Africa than anything medical, so I think everything is ok!
