Chilling out in Tuscany

Lizzie in our group volunteered, or rather her friend suggested her, to be my " yoga pose of the day".
So she is demonstrating the classic yoga "tree" pose.
It's been a day of intense heat- at least 35C - and I must confess I skipped one session of yoga and went down the valley to their secret pond/ lake which is filled with water lilies and looks like something out of a Monet painting.
