Evie

Whilst Gorgeous did some work on the farm at Coldomo, I did some work with Billy. Started with some lunge work then on to his first time long reining. Once he realised what I was asking of him, he was spot on. Hopefully that sort of work will help with his independence (not having a human right beside him) and also reinforce his response to voice commands. In ridden work, he's still a bit unbalanced and not quite ready to work effectively in canter but we are getting there... Although i do sometimes get a sideways glance that suggests he is maybe concentrating more on plotting my demise...

After, we took the dogs to Evie and had a lovely walkies at low tide. For my next trick...Work. Still not new job.
