Where's the flag from?

After parking in Aberystwyth I walked to a clients including a short section along the seafront. All along the prom are flags, many from lesser known nations. Thankfully on each flagpole is a sign saying which country the flag is from. If you didn't know, this is the Sardinian flag.

There was a brisk breeze to spread the flags out.
