Do as the Romans did

A fascinating visit to Bath, which is definitely a place I could live. The Roman Baths tour was very well planned, lots of information to dip into as you walk round - well worth a visit. The baths were gently steaming, but rather difficult to tell from here. There were also further rooms that ranged from steaming hot to cold where the Romans could indulge their love for bathing.

We had a fabulous lunch at Demuths - also a must visit place: confit tomatoes, ricotta, spiced aubergine - mmm.
