Yes, it is a glass of wine. have given up on healthy regime. Will start next week. It's way way way too cold to be healthy.

In the very recent past there was a point where there was low unemployment, people had money, stuff was cheap, crime was low.......i suppose that we should maybe be happy that we saw that, even just for a short time.
