The Garden

Today has been quite cloudy this morning but glorious sunshine this afternoon so a few hours in the garden were called upon.

It's days like today that I really do love my children, 2 hours and 10 minutes mowing each and the lawn is almost all mowed:) I weeded and planted 2 rosebushes that we were given as Anniversary presents and then helped Mr H with the hedge at the front. Its a very big, wide and long hedge!!

Dave this is also for you, I remember you said a while ago that you had a bush/shrub that had died/was dying and you were not sure what to do with it. I hope you left it in place, as you can see on the left of the picture is a shrub thingy that appeared to be completely dead but now the bottom half of it is lush and green. So here's hoping your one recovers.

Thank you for all your kind comments on Dougal, he seems to be doing much better today and they may start physiotherapy on him tomorrow. Amazing really what they can do with our small furry loved ones these days :)))

Enjoy your Sunday evening
