GOLD !!!

The hand that "hIgh fived" the hands of multi Gold winning paralympic swimmer Ellie Simmonds & double Gold winner Mo Farah.

Unfortunately their gold dust did not rub off on me, although I did get a medal along with about 50,000 others at the Great North Run

1.49: five minutes slower than last year, my 2016 Olympics dream already lie in tatters...
