Emergency bed blip

I'm not getting up! It's been a long hot day - the temperature gauge in my van said 31 degrees at 9.20am!!! The hottest day of Noo's life, he tells me. Probably true! He and ZQ have spent the evening jumping in and out of the paddling pool. I dipped my toes after my run but, quite frankly, the water is pretty disgusting after the boys have jumped in, traipsed across the lawn, and jumped in again x 1,000
